To download and print the appropriate contract, click on "Photo" for film processors or "Medical" for any of the listed plasma thawing systems.
All forms are in "rtf" format (MS Word, Word Perfect) or "pdf" format which requires

1. For film processors, your user name will be "phototherm", and password is the contract number.
2. For thawing units, your user name will be "cytotherm", and password is the contract number
