In the event a problem arises with your equipment that can not be resolved by the on line support or by our technical staff via the telephone and the unit must be sent in for repair, there are a few steps you should take.

First, if you are sending in your CT3T, CTDR or CT4T, be sure to send both bath section and control panel in.

Second, download, fill out and return with the unit the "Return Document" above. The document is in a "PDF" format which requires you to have the "Adobe Reader" installed on your computer. If you do not, you will find the link on our customer support page.

Third, always insure your unit when shipping it.
